Estimates and quotes
An online estimate is an indicative price range based on the information you supply. It is not a guaranteed quotation. We confirm a final price before any work begins.
Arrival windows
We give an arrival window rather than an exact minute so that traffic and earlier jobs don't leave you waiting. We'll message you when we're on the way.
Access and parking
We need the access described in your booking on the day. If access differs materially, we may need to re-price or rebook.
Waste
Green waste removal is charged as quoted and disposed of through licensed routes.
Weather
Some work is weather dependent. If conditions make a job unsafe or ineffective we'll contact you to rebook rather than cancel without warning.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
